What Causes Scalp Hair Loss?

Shampoo- Wash your hair sparingly with good quality shampoo. Make sure to choose right and good quality shampoo according to your hair type. For dry hair choose the shampoo with glycerin and collagen to restore moisture in hair. If your hair is oily and straight, then you must go for a gentle shampoo designed for daily washing. For coarse hair, you will require frizz-minimizing and softening shampoo. Colored or treated hair needs shampoo that fortified with amino acids. It is necessary to wash hair at least three times a week.

Deep conditioning-You must deep condition your hair once a week. Apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends. Distribute conditioner through clean and damp hair by using wide toothed comb. Leave it for few minutes and rinse thoroughly. It will leave hair shiny and tangle free.

Gently use towel-After washing your hair, never pat dry your hair by rubbing with the towel as it can riffle the cuticles and cause tangles by making hair brittle and dry. Minimize the use of heat appliances-Let your hair dry naturally. Try not to use a blow dryer for drying your hair because healthy hair responds badly to heat. Try to limit the blow drying or flat ironing your hair at the time of urgent need only.

Hair brush-Don’t use the hair brush that is going to super harsh and pull or break your hair. Use wide toothed comb or brush after washing your hair. The Wooden comb is best because it prevents breaking of hair follicles and keeps oils from scalp and hair.

Trimming-Trim your hair every three months to keep your hair healthy. When your ends damage, it breaks off more and can also damage rest of hair follicles. Getting trim your hair will minimize the hair breakage and split ends. It is vital regardless of how long or short hair you have. Be sure to trim your hair within three months.

Healthy diet-One way to have long and healthy hair is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Your hair would be in better condition naturally if your diet is enriched with necessary nutrients, vitamins and proteins. Include lot of healthy fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink plenty of water-Drink plenty of water. You must consume at least eight glass of water per day to keep your hair hydrated. Limit intake of colas and drinks rather go for natural fruity juices.
